产品描述: 源自大肠杆菌的核糖核酸酶 R（Rnase R）是一种镁离子依赖型的 3' 至 5' 核糖核酸外切酶，其基本上可以降解所有线性 RNA，但不能降解套索 RNA、环状 RNA，或 3'-突出端小于 7 个核苷酸的双链 RNA。RNase R 从 3' 到 5' 方向降解 RNA，释放 5'-单磷酸核苷酸以得到最终产物二核苷酸和三核苷酸。
